Kelsy Dominick

Twenty-five year old Kelsy Dominick has been connected to the In A Perfect World foundation, and to the nonprofit organization’s founder Manuela Testolini, since she was just 14 years old. From a young age, Kelsy knew she wanted to be of service to others, especially to other kids that weren’t provided the same types of resources that she had. Through her connection to Manuela and subsequent mentee relationship, Kelsy became a Youth Ambassador for In A Perfect World – and has recently completed 10 years of this type of work under her belt! Kelsy now serves as the Chair to the Advisory Board for the program, and has been on numerous missions alongside Manuela to help children in underserved countries, thus bringing us all one step closer to living ‘in a perfect world.’ Additionally, Kelsy has taken her philanthropic learnings and charitable work steps forward working with Serve Our Willing Warriors to help rebuild children’s lives of wounded veterans of America, and has created a collaborative effort to merge her passions for design and civil service to create Sewing The World, a movement that connects rural women with the skill of sewing in order to promote community enterprise and allowing individuals to take control of their lives and the wellbeing of their communities.
