In a Perfect World is proud to announce that Solar City is shining light on rural communities in need by providing solar power to IAPW schools in the developing world.
While over 1.2 billion people across the globe lack electricity, with the help of our partners, we’re empowering entire communities by providing a beacon of sustainable energy that begins in our schools.
Solar City’s first donation of solar energy went to our school in Dulce Nombre, Nicaragua in February, and included training community members to care for the system. Their generous contribution will allow ideas to shine for generations to come.
